Original Oil Painting - The Future is Green

This is a stunning piece of original piece of art painted in the style of surrealism. Surreal art was an art style, which was developed in the 1920’s and is characterized by its use of unexpected or irrational objects which are used to create a dreamlike scenario. Surreal art took two different directions representational and abstract. This paintings is more in keeping with the style of MirÙ 's paintings, as the artist, Tony Nwalupue has used a vaguely defined shape which is very typical of abstract Surrealism. The artist Tony Nwalupue describes this painting as one which depicts the future as being beautiful, he goes on to say “let your future remain blessed with sunlight, water, food, health and evergreen pasture for you. Soar with the blessings of God in the air, sing and give thanks in it, extend your blessing to others for your blessings are permanent in the green pastures”. This is a stunning work of art. The style, the colour and the concepts gives this piece a very calming effect, which will be enjoyed and appreciated by whoever purchases this painting.
