What are your delivery times within main land U.K?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of acceptance of order. However, please allow up to 10 working days before initiating any delivery enquiries. To initiate a delivery enquiry, please send your email to: delivery@grainsofafrica.com
What are worldwide delivery times?
We endeavor to deliver items to European countries within 7-14 working days of acceptance of the order. We endeavor to delivery to countries outside Europe within 2-4 weeks. If we cannot deliver to your country we will contact you to organise alternate arrangements.

Delivery Rates
Delivery rate is calculated on the weight of each item therefore the cost of delivery will be dependant on the weight of the item.

How can I change my personal details?
To change any part of your personal details send and email with the required changes to admin@grainsofafrica.com A further email will be sent to confirm who you are and the requested changes.
Can I send an item to an alternative address?
Yes you can. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to change the delivery address.
