We reserve the right not to accept your order. No contract will be established between you and us for the sale of items to you until your debit/credit card has been charged.

Please note that all photographs are representative only. As the items are hand crafted they will be slight variations which also means that the measurements are approximates.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information relating to each item is accurate, no responsibility is accepted for inaccuracies and omissions.
Pricing Error
Although best efforts will be made to ensure that the prices on the website are correct, mistakes can be made. If a mistake is made on an item that you have ordered, you will be contacted by email to be informed of the correct price. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If efforts to contact you are unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled. If your order is cancelled after you have made a payment, a refund will be made.
Payment Methods

We also accept payments by Personal Cheques (sterling only) and Postal Orders, but please note that payment made by personal cheques will take longer to process as time will have to be allowed for clearance of the cheque.
Delivery within main land United Kingdom
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of acceptance of order. However, please allow up to 10 working days before initiating any delivery enquiries
Worldwide delivery
We will endeavour to deliver items to European countries within 7-14 working days of acceptance of the order. We endeavour to delivery to countries outside Europe within 2-4 weeks. If we cannot deliver to your country we will contact you to organise alternate arrangements.
Delivery Failure
We do not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of items arising from incorrect delivery information being provided and circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes.
During postal strikes we will do our up most to deliver your order through alternative means.
We may use independent couriers. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your item, a card will be left by the courier so that a time can be arranged directly with the courier. Ultimately, if the courier is unable to deliver your item and it is returned back to us, you will be charged for it’s redespatch.
Customs and Duty
All shipments outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches its country of destination. Additional charges for customs clearance or any taxes must be borne by you, we are have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this site, all you have to do is return it to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item should be returned well packed and in its original packaging. Also, please note that return postage costs are your liability. Further, we recommend that you use registered insured mail service to return the item, as we will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received the item and processed your returned item, we will credit your debit/credit card the cost of the sale of the item less the original cost of posting the item to you.
Return of damaged goods.
If your item reaches you damaged in transit, a replacement item/or a refund of the cost of the item and reasonable cost of returning the item to us will be made once we are in receipt of the damaged item.
